Amy Pagett has led an HR department since 2011, assuming responsibility for overall HR strategy, employer branding, employee engagement and culture, talent acquisition and talent management, leadership counsel, HR technology implementation, multi-state/federal employment law, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration. Her industry expertise includes commercial real estate, construction, and advertising/media in small-midsize companies with 400+ employees nationwide. She has expertise leading efforts of high-volume talent recruitment, companywide restructuring and reorganization, HR technology and process implementation, and employer branding/top workplace programs. 

Amy holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Colorado Denver, a Bachelor’s in Business from the University of Northern Colorado, and holds her Senior Professional Human Resources certificate (active).
