Amy Pagett has led an HR department since 2011, overseeing comprehensive HR strategy, employer branding, employee engagement and culture, talent acquisition and management, leadership coaching and counsel, HR technology implementation, multi-state and federal employment law compliance, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration.
She brings deep industry expertise in commercial real estate, construction, and advertising/media, primarily within small to midsize companies of 200+ employees nationwide. Amy has successfully led high-volume recruitment initiatives, companywide restructuring and reorganization, HR tech and process implementations, and employer branding efforts, including Top Workplace programs.
